Ideal Parent Figure protocol facilitation
The way how we relate to other people is formed pre-verbally when we are 12-20 months old. Back in 1970s scientists determines 3 main strategies that arise during that eprios of time. The most effective strategy called secure attachment is charactrized by ballanced relational and exploratory behavior. People who use this strategy use their relationships as a secure base to explore and find meaning and generally experience less mental health issues and develop strong resilience to hardships.
Harvard professor Dan P Brown developped a protocol to help people to rebuild their pre-verbal map of relating to other people. I was a recepient of this protocol for over a year now and expereinced a lot of benefits from it. Currently I am recieving a training within meditation coaching framework at MettaGroup to offer protocol to other people and I am looking for people interested to work with me on donation basis while I am in training. Please reach out to me if you are interested to learn more about this work.
